Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using Quizeel (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform you confirm you meet these requirements and that your information is accurate.

You are solely responsible for the quizzes, comments, names, descriptions and media you publish. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes gambling, intoxicants or other prohibited activity.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion and without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute, promote and adapt that content to operate and improve the service (including showing ads alongside it). This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups and copies already shared by others or required by law.

Respect the intellectual property of others. Do not upload copyrighted graphics, brands or questions without authorisation or a valid fair-use basis. To report infringement, contact legal@quizeel.com with a detailed takedown notice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Maintaining multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotions or earnings is prohibited.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices and trial terms may change with notice. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Platform is monetised through advertisements, affiliate links, sponsored placements and commerce widgets shown within quizzes. By creating, publishing or playing quizzes you consent to such ads being displayed.

Partner-Program creators may earn a share of the commerce revenue their quizzes actually generate. All such revenue is collected on our behalf by third-party advertising and affiliate networks. Reported clicks, sales and earnings are estimates until finalised by those networks and may be adjusted, reversed or withheld. We are not liable if any network, vendor or merchant fails to pay, underpays, delays or reverses amounts owed — in such cases we are not obligated to compensate creators from our own funds. Payouts reflect only amounts actually received and confirmed, are subject to a minimum threshold, and earnings are never guaranteed.

Where you add your own advertisements, affiliate links, sponsored content or shop items to your quizzes, you alone are fully responsible for that content — its legality, accuracy, disclosures and any dealings with buyers, merchants or advertisers. The Platform is not a party to those transactions and accepts no liability for them. You agree to comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection and disclosure laws and to indemnify us against related claims.

You may not attempt to manipulate our systems, abuse telemetry, submit fake data, inject malicious code, scrape our data, or disrupt the service. Violations may result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.

We rely on trusted third-party providers for payments, advertising and affiliate networks, hosting and content delivery, analytics, AI content generation, media and email. Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for the data involved.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost earnings or loss of data arising from your use of the service, third-party ads or networks, or any inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access, accounts or premium status at our sole discretion, without liability, if you violate these Terms or create legal risk for the community.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any program terms you accept. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Questions? Contact support@quizeel.com.
