Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations and billing issues are handled for purchases on Quizeel.
01Digital Purchases Are Non-Refundable
Quizeel PRO membership and any virtual items, cosmetics or features are digital services delivered instantly once payment is authorised. As access is granted immediately, all such purchases are non-refundable, and returns or cash exchanges are not processed under ordinary circumstances.
02Subscriptions & Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly or annual PRO subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your PRO benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing term.
03Billing Errors
If you experience a genuine billing error — such as a duplicate charge or a failure to unlock features you paid for — contact us with your transaction details. Verified duplicate charges are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
04Creator Earnings
Creator earnings are paid out separately under the Partner Program terms and reflect only ad/affiliate revenue actually received and confirmed from third-party networks. This Refund Policy applies to your purchases, not to creator payouts.
