We collect the information you provide and what is generated as you use the Platform:

• ·Account data — username, email, password (stored hashed) and profile details.
• ·Content — quizzes, comments and media you create or upload.
• ·Usage data — gameplay, interactions, approximate region, device and browser type.
• ·Cookies — secure session cookies for login, plus analytics cookies.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, run accounts and subscriptions, attribute and pay creator earnings, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data.

The Platform is supported by advertisements and affiliate links shown within quizzes. When you view or interact with these, our advertising and affiliate partners may process non-identifying technical data — such as an anonymous click identifier, page URL, device and browser type, approximate region and the merchant involved — to attribute clicks and commissions and to show relevant products.

For creators, we use a permanent anonymous creator ID (CUID) purely to attribute commerce activity to the correct creator and to power the earnings dashboard.

To operate the Platform we use trusted providers that may process limited data on our behalf:

• ·Payments — a third-party processor handles subscriptions; we never store full card details.
• ·Advertising & affiliate networks — to serve ads, wrap commerce links and report earnings.
• ·Analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for performance and usage insights.
• ·Hosting & delivery — cloud, database and CDN providers store and deliver content.
• ·AI & media — content-generation and image services used to help create quizzes.
• ·Email — for verification, password resets and important notices.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences and analytics. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We apply industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS, password hashing and input filtering — and store data behind protected infrastructure. No system is completely immune to risk; if a material security incident occurs, we will act and communicate promptly.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal, security and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. As we use global cloud and third-party providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with reasonable protections in place wherever it is handled.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile data, subject to records we must retain for legal, security or accounting reasons.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Minors must use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us data without proper consent, contact privacy@quizeel.com and we will delete it promptly.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described here and agree to our Terms of Service. We may update this Policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
